Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Business Development

  • Connect with potential corporate clients and working professionals to present and promote the organization's training programs and learning solutions.
  • Understand clients business goals and workforce development needs, and recommend suitable training courses and services.
  • Manage and nurture sales leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Meet individual sales goals and performance metrics while contributing to the success of the broader sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, receiving ongoing coaching, guidance, and career development support.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in telesales, business development, inside sales, recruitment, education consulting, or corporate training sales is beneficial.
  • Applicants with backgrounds in education, training, enrichment, or customer-focused service industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving results.
  • Comfortable engaging clients through phone, messaging platforms, and other digital communication channels.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
