Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Corporate Trainer will design and deliver training programs focused on digital technologies, including planning course content, conducting workshops, and mentoring learners. Responsibilities include creating hands-on, project-based learning experiences, collaborating with stakeholders to identify skill development needs, and keeping training materials up-to-date with the latest industry trends. The trainer will play an essential role in supporting learners to build real-world expertise and meet professional goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in digital technologies, including Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or Software Engineering
• Strong instructional design skills, including creating training content, resources, and learning materials
• Experience conducting workshops, presentations, and mentoring learners in a professional or educational setting
• Ability to tailor training for various audiences, from beginners to experienced professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners effectively
• Relevant certifications or experience in digital tools and technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related field, education, or a relevant discipline
