JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support executives and team members by managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Prepare and distribute business documents, reports and presentations with accuracy and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence while directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain organised filing systems for important documents, records and operational materials
- Collect, organise and analyse data to support reporting and management decision-making
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets and internal reports used across departments
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of company data through regular updates and verification
- Assist in coordinating projects and responding to stakeholder requests to ensure timely delivery and high service standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply training will be provided
