  • Responsible for budget and performance monitoring.
  • Play a key role in subsidiary management and compliance with good governance.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance of internal and external audits.
  • Manage all corporate support matters in relation to HR, administration, ICT and legal.
  • Oversee PTT and government affairs.
  • Secretary of the company.
  • Manage procurement activities according to the company's procurement policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Master Degree in Business or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background and hands-on experience in trading business or similar organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time management skills with an ability to organise a busy workload.
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality and the principles of data protection.
  • Proactive, hands on and positive attitude with strong commercial business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and an ability to provide timely and accurate information on relevant issues.
  • Resilient and able to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Thai language will be an advantage as the incumbent needs to work closely with Thai-speaking parties.
  • Willingness to travel periodically.
