Overview
Complete detailed planning of facilities with Contractor and Coordinate database updates of Corporate Suite requirements
Responsibilities
- Documentation during the build-up, operational & Dismantling phases for the Corporate Suites.
- Undertake inspections of Corporate Suites and associated Facilities.
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and schematics.
- Have an eye for detail; accuracy and attention to detail in all work and show initiative in developing new ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to deal professionally and confidently with a diverse range of people (Project team/Client/Contractors etc.,) at all levels.
About You
- College of Engineering
- Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English is mandatory
- Ability to speak Mandarin or another Asian language would be a bonus but not a requirement
