Job Description
- Create and refine presentation materials for senior leadership forums, including strategic reviews, customer meetings, board sessions and internal communication
- Break down large amounts of technical or narrative information into clear summaries and well‑organised, story‑driven slide decks
- Develop visually cohesive slides that reflect consistent brand identity, strong layout logic, and professional design standards
- Simplify dense or overly technical content into concise material suitable for high‑level decision‑makers
- Operate as a reliable partner to executives, especially during periods requiring rapid turnaround
- Use storyboard techniques to ensure a logical flow and clear messaging throughout presentations
- Maintain a library of templates, visual assets, and layouts that help standardise design quality across teams
- Support corporate functions such as HR, Marketing, IT, and organisational programs that require visually strong presentation material
- Occasionally integrate externally produced 3D visuals into presentations, though this is not a primary responsibility
The Successful Applicant
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering or a related field
- Experience producing high‑quality, executive‑ready presentations
- Expert‑level PowerPoint ability, including structuring storylines, visualising information, and building clean, professional slide designs
- Strong visual judgement and a high attention to detail
- The capability to translate complex ideas into simple, impactful communication
- Comfort working directly with senior leaders
- A proactive, collaborative approach and alignment with brand guidelines and messaging expectations
