Job Description

Responsibility


Executive & Strategic Support

  • Work closely with the CEO and ExCo to assist with the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups for confidential executive leadership meetings - EA on-hand to minute non-confidential meetings.
  • Ensure timely completion of action items by coordinating across teams and escalating key issues.
  • Assist in creating strategic documents, board materials, and presentations.

Corporate Strategy & M&A

  • Support the identification and evaluation of M&A opportunities in coordination with the ExCo
  • Build, refine, and review investment theses, including financial and operational analysis.
  • Develop financial models for acquisitions, new ventures, and strategic projects.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making.

Investment & Hiring Modelling

  • Model ROI and performance expectations for strategic hires and team expansions.
  • Coordinate with finance and HR to align modelling assumptions on compensation, budgets, and productivity.

Asian HoldCo & Hong Kong Integration

  • Support the creation, structuring, and implementation of the Asian HoldCo.
  • Work on the integration of Hong Kong operations, aligning legal, financial, operational, and HR processes.
  • Track milestones and ensure effective communication between regional and global teams.

Cross-Functional Projects (Ops & Finance)

  • Lead and support special projects across operations and finance, providing analytical and project management bandwidth.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and support operational scaling.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to solve cross-departmental challenges.
  • Perform any other ad hoc finance or operational tasks or projects as directed by any member of ExCo

  • Any other relevant tasks that the CEO may from time to time require you to enact.

Compliance

  • Comply with relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements, E&O compliance procedures and quality initiatives.
  • Escalation of any potential E&O's to Compliance Officer and Executive Directors at the earliest opportunity.
  • Ensure completion of all mandatory Company training and to deadline.

Your scope of duties is not restrictive and may be expanded at the company's discretion.
