ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Corporate Services Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager reports to the Director, KenShop. Key responsibilities are to support corporate services, including administrative operations, HR administration, and internal coordination across the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administration
- Assist the Director and Product Development team in drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, agreements, and official correspondences.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation and repository of corporate records, contracts, and administrative documents.
- Maintain updated administrative records, asset lists, and documentation
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, document organisation, and vendor coordination.
- Support preparation of meeting notes, internal memos, and reports.
- Assist the Finance Director in payroll-related administrative duties whenever required.
2. Customer Service and Communications
- Manage incoming emails and work with Customer Service teams to manage customer enquiries across various platforms.
- Coordinate responses with relevant departments to ensure timely and professional communication.
- Assist in drafting replies, FAQs, and customer service guidelines.
3. Human Resource
- Assist in HR administrative duties such as staff onboarding, maintaining personnel files, Job Descriptions, and updating HR documents.
4. Event Management
- Assist with project coordination and execution when required
- Assist in occasional booth sales
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, HR, Management, Communications or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative, HR support, corporate services, or coordination roles preferred. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the role of Manager
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Independent, responsible, and proactive
- Customer-centric and able to collaborate well with colleagues
- Singaporeans / PR only
WORKING HOURS
- Regular office hours on-site with Flexible Work Arrangements granted on a case-by-case basis.
- May be required to work the occasional weekend (e.g. during events)
