Job Description

Head, Corporate Services

Our client is an established Singapore-based social service organisation supporting individuals and families. They are seeking an experienced Head, Corporate Services to lead the organisation's corporate support functions and strengthen its overall effectiveness, governance and operational capabilities.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the role has oversight of Finance, HR, IT, Governance, Grants, Client Services and Office Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, audits and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare financial and management reports for senior leadership and the Board.
  • Oversee organisational policies, SOPs, internal controls and governance processes.
  • Serve as the organisation's Data Protection Officer (DPO) and oversee PDPA compliance.
  • Drive process improvement, digitalisation and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Oversee HR administration, recruitment, performance management, staff development and workforce planning.
  • Manage IT systems, cybersecurity, external vendors and key organisational platforms.
  • Oversee government grants, claims, funding requirements and related compliance reporting.
  • Lead office administration, procurement, facilities, workplace safety and business continuity.
  • Lead and develop the Corporate Services and Client Services teams, while working closely with the Executive Director and wider leadership team.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on corporate services leader who can operate comfortably across both strategic and operational matters.

The successful candidate should bring:

  • A relevant degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 8–10 years or more of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong financial management and organisational governance capabilities.
  • Experience overseeing multiple corporate support functions.
  • Strong people leadership, stakeholder management and execution skills.
  • A practical mindset with the ability to improve systems, processes and ways of working.
  • Experience in the social service, charity or non-profit sector would be advantageous.
