We are a Corporate services firm supporting high-net-worth individuals in their residency planning, and corporate structuring needs.
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Client & Corporate Services Executive cum PA to join our growing team. This role offers exposure to end-to-end client servicing across immigration, corporate setup, and ongoing compliance matters. Structured training and close mentorship will be provided to support your professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to managers/executives across various projects, including:
- -- Support Client's company incorporation processes and corporate bank account opening
- -- Employment Pass (EP), Dependant's Pass (DP), Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) applications Permanent
- -- Residency (PR) and Singapore Citizenship applications
- Liaise with clients to collect and organize required documents in timely and accurate manner
- Monitor application and project timelines, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-up
- Coordinate and host weekly internal meetings, including preparation and documentation of meeting minutes
- Maintain efficient office administration and ensure operational readiness
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow across departments
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar coordination and time management
- Respond to client enquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-up
- Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or higher qualification in any discipline
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Strong command of both Mandarin, speaking, writing and comprehensive (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients via WeChat)
- Experience in serving high-net-worth clients is an advantage
- Prior experience with: MOM pass applications (e.g., EP, DP, LTVP), or ICA applications (e.g., PR, Singapore Citizenship, visas) Company incorporation and corporate bank account opening
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to reply client messages after office hours and weekends if urgent.
