Business & Client Support
. Attend tender site show rounds, prepare sales quotations/proposals and pitch
presentations to potential and existing clients.
. Understand and review client needs to ensure service offerings remain competitive
and aligned with expectations.
. Engage in supplier coordination to achieve cost efficiency.
. Keep abreast of trends in Environmental Services and Integrated Facilities
Management sectors to identify potential opportunities or risks.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
. Maintain strong client relationships through prompt, professional handling of
enquiries and service issues.
. Work closely with operations teams to uphold service quality in line with company
standards and contractual obligations.
. Working closely with other departments including Operations, Human Resource,
Finance, Procurement, Technology and Safety to ensure smooth workflow and
alignment.
. Coordinate and maintain accurate service reports and process payments for
cleaners in a timely manner.
Requirements
. Prior experience in sales support, client servicing, or administrative coordination
preferred.
. Minimum Diploma Degree.
. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage
multiple priorities.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
. Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
. A proactive, self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
