Job responsibilities:
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
Support recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
Administer payroll, leave management, and employee records
Assist in performance management and training coordination
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR policies
Handle employee queries and support staff engagement initiatives
Oversee daily operations of office and facility maintenance
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
Manage inventory of office equipment and supplies
Liaise with IT vendors for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades
Ensure data security, system access control, and backup processes
Assist in IT asset management and procurement
Develop and maintain corporate policies and standard operating procedures
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Support contract management and vendor negotiations
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate services or operations
Strong knowledge of finance, HR practices, facilities, and IT coordination
Good understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant systems (e.g., HRIS, accounting software)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
