Job Title: Corporate Secretarial Manager
Job responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements.
- Act as Company Secretary of clients
- Handle corporate secretarial matters, including incorporations, restructuring, and striking-off, Conduct AGM, EGM.
- Prepare resolutions, minutes, statutory records, and XBRL filings
- Ensure timely submissions to ACRA, MOM, IRAS, and other authorities
- Provide corporate governance and compliance advice
- Maintain strong client relationships and liaise with auditors, regulators, and external parties
- Lead and support a team while assisting the manager, senior/junior on secretarial and administrative tasks, coach and review work of junior team members
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Degree or above in Law, Business, Accountancy, or equivalent
- Qualified Chartered Secretary or LLB Qualification with minimum of 7-9years of experience in a corporate secretary field, including 5 years in a managerial role preferably in a professional firm
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in corporate secretarial systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills Able to lead a team independently, an eye for detail and deadline-oriented
