Position: Part-Time Corporate Secretary

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Corporate Secretary to support our Board and ensure smooth corporate governance and statutory compliance for our private limited company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and accurate minutes for Board and Committee meetings (quarterly + ad-hoc).
- Maintain all statutory registers, minute books, resolutions, and corporate records.
- Handle routine regulatory filings and submissions with the Companies Registry (ACRA, Companies Registry HK, or equivalent).
- Advise the Board and management on company law, governance best practices, and compliance matters.
- Support director onboarding, annual board evaluations, and policy updates.
- Administer the Board portal and manage confidential governance documents.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree (Law, Business, or Finance preferred); professional Company Secretary qualification (e.g., ICSA, Chartered Secretary) an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years company secretarial experience, with at least 2 years in a private company or regulated private entity in Asia.
- Solid knowledge of the Companies Act / relevant local corporate legislation.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and complete discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and board management tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in a private asset management, investment, or financial services company.
