We are supporting a leading private investment platform with a global footprint in hiring a Corporate Secretary to join its team on a part-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of corporate secretarial matters across a multi-jurisdictional structure within a lean, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary corporate secretary for a group structure spanning 40+ entities across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee corporate governance requirements, including filings, statutory compliance and entity maintenance
- Coordinate and support board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, materials and minutes
- Manage incorporation and wind-down of entities as part of fund lifecycle activities
- Maintain corporate structure charts and internal governance records
- Liaise with internal legal teams and external advisors across regions
- Support basic regulatory, KYC and compliance processes
Requirements
- 5+ years corporate secretarial experience, ideally within financial services or asset management
- Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional governance and compliance requirements
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working independently with a high degree of ownership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information
