We are a Singapore-based food and beverage (F&B) holding company operating multiple outlets in the East Coast / Katong area. The group operates through several legal entities under a central holding structure.
We are seeking a reliable and well-organised professional to support the group's accounting, corporate secretarial coordination, and administrative functions in a sole contributor role, working closely with the directors and external service providers.
This position is suited for someone who is comfortable handling day-to-day execution, coordination, and administration in a lean F&B environment.
Coordinate corporate secretarial matters for the holding company and its subsidiaries
Prepare and maintain resolutions, minutes, and statutory records
Track and manage ACRA compliance, filings, and statutory deadlines
Liaise with external corporate secretarial firms, auditors, tax agents, and legal advisors
Maintain corporate documents, licenses, leases, and compliance records
Maintain or assist in maintaining full sets of accounts for multiple F&B outlets
Consolidate outlet-level data for monthly management accounts and profit & loss (P&L) reports
Perform daily sales reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
Handle invoicing, payments, and intercompany charges
Coordinate GST reporting, audits, and tax filings with external accountants
Provide general administrative support to directors and management
Manage leases, supplier contracts, service agreements, and insurance documentation
Coordinate with landlords, banks, suppliers, and POS system vendors
Handle HR administration including payroll coordination, CPF submissions, leave tracking, and onboarding documents
Support outlet openings, renewals, and closures from an administrative perspective
Handle ad hoc administrative and operational matters typical of an F&B group
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, administrative, or corporate secretarial coordination roles
Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet operations preferred
Familiar with Singapore statutory compliance, ACRA, and GST
Comfortable working independently in a sole contributor role
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Salary Range: SGD 3,500 - 4,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
