- To provide a full suite of corporate secretarial-related services (e.g., incorporation of the company, change of company officers and share transfers)
- Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services
- Handling Bizfile submissions to ACRA
- Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for ongoing corporate secretarial matters.
- Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained
- Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Checks on new and existing clients
- Handle work pass application for clients expatriate staff
- Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required

Requirements
(Must)
- At least 3 year of relevant corporate secretarial experience
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law
- A meticulous, organized and proactive individual who can work independently.
- Multi-task and work under tight timelines.

(Preference)
- Holding or currently pursuing a corporate secretarial qualification/compliance background would be an advantage.
