Job Summary
Support the management of corporate secretarial functions for a diverse portfolio of international clients, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across Singapore, Hong Kong, and offshore jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate secretarial tasks for Singapore, Hong Kong, and offshore companies within an international client portfolio to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
- Prepare and maintain statutory records including board resolutions, share transfer forms, and registers to uphold regulatory compliance
- Track and monitor statutory and regulatory deadlines to ensure all compliance obligations are met proactively
- Execute electronic filing of corporate documents with relevant Companies Registries such as ACRA and CR to maintain up-to-date corporate records
- Respond to client queries via email and phone with clear, timely, and professional communication to support client satisfaction
- Conduct Know Your Client (KYC) functions by reviewing application forms to verify client information and compliance
- Perform due diligence checks on new and existing clients to assess risk and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Complete ad-hoc assignments as directed, applying problem-solving skills to support team objectives and business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and Regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
