Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, striking off of companies, winding up of companies, preparation of directors/shareholders resolutions etc.
- Perform Customer Due Diligence to ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with clients and ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries.
- Maintain statutory records, registers and other relevant documents required by law and regulations of Companies Act.
- Prepare XBRL Financial Statements

Key Requirements
- Relevant diploma, university degree, ICSA, LLB or other relevant qualification
- Candidate with ICSA qualification or currently pursuing ICSA course
- Have at least one-year relevant working experience or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Competent in MS word and MS Excel software
- Competent in both written and spoken English
- Have a positive attitude towards challenges and is highly motivated to perform
- Able to work independently and multitask
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to service clients and work as a team
