Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Secretarial Services

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Secretarial to join our firm.

The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience in Singapore corporate secretarial practice, is confident in managing a client portfolio independently, and is able to maintain a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients
  • Oversee incorporations, annual compliance, statutory filings, and corporate actions
  • Prepare and review resolutions, minutes, and statutory records
  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements
  • Liaise directly with clients and relevant stakeholders
  • Supervise and review the work of junior staff where required

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years relevant corporate secretarial experience in Singapore
  • Strong knowledge of ACRA filing requirements and the Singapore Companies Act
  • Experience handling client portfolios independently
  • Good organisational, drafting, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional qualification in corporate governance or company secretarial practice will be an advantage
