Job Summary
Provide comprehensive corporate secretarial support for a diverse portfolio of international clients, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while managing client communications and due diligence processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate secretarial tasks for international client portfolios to support business governance and compliance
- Prepare and maintain accurate statutory records including board resolutions, share transfer forms, and registers to ensure regulatory adherence
- Track and monitor statutory and regulatory deadlines to proactively maintain compliance and avoid penalties
- Execute electronic filing of corporate documents with various Companies Registries to maintain up-to-date legal records
- Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via email to maintain strong client relationships and service quality
- Conduct Know Your Client (KYC) reviews by assessing application forms to verify client identities and meet compliance standards
- Perform due diligence checks on new and existing clients to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Complete ad-hoc assignments as directed to support team objectives and operational needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma, Degree, or ICSA holder or currently pursuing ICSA certification

- Proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative to independently manage tasks and meet deadlines
