We have a strong team of dynamic working professionals and specialise in the formation, on-going administration and compliance of Singapore companies and offshore entities. These entities comprise a wide range of key jurisdictions including the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Malaysia.

We have formed an alliance with an audit firm, a HR consulting company, a law firm, an IT consultancy company and an insurance agency. With this business consultancy and IT expertise able to be accessed internally, B2B has the capability to provide a comprehensive range of business services under one roof.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of corporate secretarial functions to ensure clients full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Apply expertise in cross-border compliance, including UBO declarations, KYC/AML documentation, and regulatory filings, to deliver accurate and timely submissions with minimal supervision
  • Maintain and update statutory registers to ensure regulatory compliance and support audit readiness
  • Prepare and file statutory returns and corporate documents with ACRA and other government agencies to meet all legal deadlines
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve ad hoc corporate secretarial matters and support evolving business objectives.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Law, Administration, Management, Secretarial studies, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a professional firm, CPA firm, or law firm
