Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Secretarial Support

  • Assist in maintaining statutory registers, corporate records, and meeting documentation
  • Support preparation and filing of statutory submissions with ACRA
  • Draft basic board resolutions, notices, and AGM/EGM documentation
  • Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including scheduling and logistics
  • Track statutory deadlines to ensure timely regulatory compliance
  • Support company incorporations, strike-offs, and corporate changes
  • Maintain accurate internal databases of directors, shareholders, and corporate data
  • Liaise with regulators, external secretarial firms, auditors, and legal advisors as required

Office Administration

  • Manage front-desk duties including calls, visitors, and mail handling
  • Maintain office supplies, pantry items, and liaise with vendors for repairs or replenishment
  • Assist with internal meetings, events, and occasional travel arrangements
  • Ensure the office environment is organised, presentable, and well-maintained

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related disciplines
  • Prior experience in corporate secretarial or office administration roles is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Singapore corporate compliance and ACRA filings is a plus
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills and able to manage multiple tasks
