Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients comprising of public and private companies and providing them with an integrated package of corporate secretarial services and solutions to meet their varied business needs.
The ideal candidate must be conversant with all aspects of corporate secretarial practice and should have experience in handling corporate secretarial matters of listed companies.
Major Responsibilities & Duties
. Manage a portfolio of clients
. Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties
. Provide advisory to clients on corporate secretarial matters
. Coach and review work of junior team members to enable them to carry out their roles efficiently
. Provide good client service ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries
. Ensure regulatory compliance in corporate secretarial matters
Requirements & Qualifications:
. Relevant university degree, ICSA/CSIS or other relevant qualifications
. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial firms, legal firms and public listed companies
. Conversant with Singapore Companies Act and ACRA Bizfile
. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
. Positive work attitude with strong initiatives, a team player and minimum supervision from the Management
. Able to work independently, lead and motivate a team of professional staff
. Ability to take challenges and meet tight deadlines
. Self-motivated, meticulous, detailed and deadline-oriented
