This position reports to the Managing Director and Finance Manager. CSLB is committed to an employee-orientated work place. Established in 2012, CSLB Asia works with a wide range of SMEs, Startups and Corporates to deliver customised corporate advisory support tailored to every client's needs.

We offer our clients the full spectrum of professional corporate secretarial services. This includes incorporation, maintenance and dissolution of local and overseas companies, advising clients on various corporate governance, corporate secretarial matters, work pass, accounting and tax services

New team member to be involved in:

1. Support the Manager to update and maintain statutory and corporate records

2. Support Manager with ad hoc company admin duties as assigned relating to corporate secretarial service

3. Assist with basic accounting and payroll support

4. Ensure compliance with ACRA filing requirements,statutory and regulatory requirements

5. Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.

3. Gain experience with company database management and record keeping.

Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered: 6 Months

Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates $2,100

Non Mature Mid Career Individuals $3,000

Mature Mid Career Individuals $3,500

This position is open for both recent graduates and

mid career individuals (mature and non mature).

Graduates interested in this position should possess

a Poly Diploma Qualification . Mid career individuals

from any qualification level can apply.
