Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to drive corporate training sales, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client portfolio across Academy of Design Arts & Media (ADAM) and Wong Fong Academy (WFA).

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, associations, and industry partners, while promoting our wide range of SkillsFuture-funded and professional development programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Corporate Sales

  • Identify, develop, and secure new corporate accounts and training opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email marketing, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct sales presentations and training needs analysis with prospective clients.
  • Promote public and customised corporate training programmes offered by ADAM and WFA.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, training plans, and corporate packages.
  • Negotiate training agreements and close sales opportunities.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts.
  • Understand client workforce development needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Event & Outreach Activities

  • Support and participate in corporate roadshows, exhibitions, SkillsFuture festivals, community outreach events, and career fairs.
  • Assist in organising training previews, workshops, webinars, and information sessions.
  • Follow up on event-generated leads and convert them into registrations or corporate projects.

Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
  • Monitor sales performance against KPIs and targets.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Requirements:

  • Able to commit on weekends and/or public holidays

  • Willing to travel across Singapore (near MRT)
