Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to acquire new corporate clients and expand the Bank's deposit portfolio, focusing on deposits and CASA.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate customers through regular engagement, visits, and service reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, industry associations, and corporate referrals to strengthen market presence.
- Oversee the full account opening and onboarding process, including documentation, KYC verification, and coordination with internal teams.
- Promote and drive adoption of the bank's corporate internet banking platform, ensuring clients are familiar with its features and benefits.
- Achieve individual and team deposit targets in line with the bank's overall funding objectives, while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to structure deposit solutions, support marketing campaigns, and improve product offerings for corporate clients.
- Prepare regular performance reports, track acquisition progress, and provide insights on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, preferably in deposits or CASA.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client management skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Good understanding of banking products, compliance requirements, and a high level of integrity in managing client relationships.
