JobTitle: Corporate Relationship Assistant Manager / Manager (On-site)
Position Reports To: Relationship Senior Manager / Head of Corporate Services
Job Purpose Summary:
To assist in the administration and secretarial duties for Singapore companies managed by the Company, while supporting the Corporate Relationship Manager in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities/Duties:
. Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters for clients, ensuring compliance with statutory development and updates
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records and registers for Singapore/offshore companies
. Coordinate, prepare, review minutes, resolutions, forms and other corporate documents for clients
. Oversee regulatory deadlines for Singapore/offshore entities, such as lodgement of Registers, filing of Annual Returns and holding of Annual General Meetings etc.
. Manage CorpPass and Work Pass matters (where applicable)
. Onboard new clients, conduct due diligence checks and manage ongoing monitoring
. Manage client invoicing and debtors
. Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
. Keep up to date with regulatory, statutory, and compliance requirements within Singapore and other jurisdictions where Trident Group has a presence
. Proactively establish and maintain relationships with clients through consistent communication such as in person, virtual, email, telephone and messaging
. Assist in maintaining client relationships through effective and consistent communication and providing support on corporate services matters
. Support the training and development of resources in other offices to enhance quality of work and efficiency
. Coordination with clients, auditors, tax agents, vendors and other stakeholders
. Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

. Experience working with overseas support teams would be an advantage
. Singaporean or Permanent Resident
