Corporate Real Estate Associate

A well-established international law firm are looking for a Corporate Real Estate lawyer to join their team. They have a wide range of clients, from regional property developers and REITS, to high-net-worth individuals and Asian conglomerates. With extensive cross-border work spanning across APAC, Europe and the Middle East, this role provides great exposure to international matters. The head of department has been recognised by various legal directors as one of the leading individuals for this sector.

Requirements:

• SG qualified, 2-5 PQE
• You have experience with Corporate Real Estate (rather than just retail conveyancing), across a range of matters such as acquisitions, leasing and advising on land rights issues.
• Having excellent academic results will be advantageous.
• You are driven and a team player with excellent communication skills.
