Corporate Quality Manager for a Semiconductor manufacturing company

The role
Our client is looking for a Senior Engineer/Manager to join their Corporate Quality team. This role will oversee quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, driving continuous improvement and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and implement global quality best practices across manufacturing sites.
  • Analyze quality metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives.
  • Support planning and execution of quality-related capital projects.
  • Drive initiatives to minimize recurring low-tech issues and enhance process efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, manufacturing sites, and internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure alignment.
  • Promote a culture of quality excellence and proactively manage customer expectations.

The Talent

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Solid understanding of quality tools and systems (e.g., 8D, SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP).
  • Experience managing customer projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence teams across regions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently.
