Our client is an FMCG company offering a wide range of products designed to cater to the needs of infants and toddlers. They are currently looking to hire a Corporate Planning Executive with a strong passion for research and data analysis to help the company achieve its strategic goals.
Reporting to: Corporate Planning Manager
Responsibilities
- Collate, consolidate, and analyze data to prepare various reports for Management.
- Assist in conducting internal and external reviews to identify and report strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and propose initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Assist in formulating and implementing the organization's strategy to achieve broad strategic goals.
- Coordinate with all departments to develop and implement action plans to achieve short and long-term business goals as set out by HQ, Japan.
- Collaborate closely with all departments and Groups to ensure new projects are aligned with the organization's strategies and values.
- Assist in monitoring the planning and implementation of business initiatives to all functions, including the provision of support assistance to all departments for smoothening project accomplishment.
- Assist in managing and coordinating organization development initiatives by organizing regular management meetings.
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial or Business related disciplines.
- 1-2 years of Corporate Planning/Business Analysis experience within the FMCG industry.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are required for this position
- Strong analytical thinking and management skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
(Advantageous)
- Experience in PowerBI is preferred
