Job Description



Primary Responsibilities (80%)


  • Work with key stakeholders to develop, refine and drive key organization processes such as the corporate planning cycle, performance management reporting cycle.

  • Works with leadership to provide unbiased and accurate information, analysis, consultation and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

  • Support and implement initiatives that would create synergy across the organization and involve alignment of all departments to enhance organization effectiveness and ensure a shared vision.

  • Support & translate the organization's strategies & priorities into action plans, working laterally with various stakeholders & vertically across various agencies.

  • Engage departmental heads to coordinate and ensure timely progression of work plans and submission of relevant updates.


Second Responsibilities (20%)

  • The candidate may also be required / stretched to support other ongoing strategic key initiatives. Depending on performance and potential, this post can be a key stepping stone to other positions in the organisation.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. (E.g. Healthcare, MNC).

  • Strong planning and budgeting skills, especially in the area of corporate planning for a large organization with multiple business/service lines.

  • Familiar with data analysis and presentation software.

  • Must have shown initiative, proactive individual.
