Corporate Operations Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle corporate operations of the company including human resources management, administration, technology, business development / marketing / sales support and legal affairs:
- Maintain corporate operations procedures documents as well as documentation system within the company
- Manage recruitment, training & development, human resources administration and software, well-being and welfare of staff
- Manage office operations including stocking of our pantry and office supplies
- Manage office and IT equipment, as well as software and applications subscriptions
- Assist in the business development / marketing / sales / function (e.g. assisting in preparation of quotations/proposals and marketing collaterals upkeep)
Assist in research operations administration (e.g. sourcing of vendors and maintenance of vendor database) and research projects
Qualifications
- Degree in business / business administration / management, human resources or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and external parties
- Good standard of written and spoken English
- Familiarity with the common office software
- Organized, meticulous and full of initiative and enthusiasm
- Flexibility in handling a diverse scope
