Corporate M&A Lawyer

Our client is an international law firm looking to hire an associate/senior associate to join their M&A team. They are a high performing team and looking for someone technically strong with experience in handling complex, cross-border transactions. They work on top of the market deals that navigate novel issues and the partners have a very strong reputation in the market. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the best M&A teams and establish yourself as an M&A lawyer.

Requirements:

• You are SG, UK, or Australia qualified, with strong academic performance
• 2-8 PQE
• You are ideally from a peer international firm, or one of the big 4 local firms
• You have experience with cross-border M&A/PE transactions
• Prior experience with W&I, bid/auction processes or VC work will be advantageous
• You enjoy working on challenging, novel deals while being in a supportive environment with good training
