Corporate M&A Lawyer

Our client is an international law firm looking to hire an associate/managing associate to join their Corporate team. They are a high performing team and looking for someone technically strong with experience in handling complex, cross-border transactions. They have a particular strength with investment funds, VC/emerging companies and the tech industry.

Requirements:

• You are SG, UK or Australia qualified, with strong academic performance
• 2-10 PQE
• You are ideally from a peer international firm
• You have experience with cross-border M&A transactions, ideally in their core sectors
• You are able to work collaboratively and mentor juniors
• You are motivated to provide excellent client service
