Corporate M&A Lawyer (PRC Qualified)

A leading organisation is seeking a PRC-qualified Corporate M&A Lawyer to support a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders on strategic acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and other complex transactional matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate and M&A matters, gained through a leading law firm and/or in-house legal team. You will be involved in structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence, managing transaction processes and advising on legal and regulatory issues arising from corporate transactions.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of corporate law and commercial transactions, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice. Experience handling cross-border transactions and working with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions will be viewed favourably.

To be considered, you should be a PRC-qualified lawyer with several years of relevant post-qualification experience, fluency in both Mandarin and English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
