Skills Required

• Strong expertise in SDLC, delivery management, release planning, and Waterfall/Hybrid project methodologies.
• Proven technical leadership in enterprise application delivery, solution architecture, and API integration.
• Extensive experience in risk, issue, dependency, change, and resource management.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional team leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Strong understanding of software development, testing, system integration, and large-scale application implementations.
• Business domain knowledge in banking, including Retail and Corporate Loan Origination, with experience in highly available systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and governance skills with a strong focus on delivery excellence.
