Corporate Lawyer

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements/contracts.
• Advise client on legal, regulatory, contractual and corporate matters.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.
• Identify and manage legal and regulatory risks across the business.
• Assist with compliance policies, internal procedures and legal documentation.
• Provide legal guidance on operational, compliance and regulatory matters across multiple markets.

Requirements

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 5 years Post-Qualification Experience.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Good understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements.
• Highly motivated and driven, resourceful and meticulous individual.
• Excellent verbal and written communication / interpersonal skill.
• Independently, multi-task efficiently, ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
