Key Responsibilities
You have the ownership and responsibility of driving assigned Corporate/Key Client's performances.
. Maintain client relationship via regular contact
. Dedicated focal point for clients on escalation and business
. Attending to clients request and explore business opportunities to achieve commitment set.
. Participate and quote tenders (whenever necessary)
. Prepare management reports & clients performance reports/presentation
. Monitoring client's MQC via PBI dashboard
. Prepare presentation for all trade during QBR/Meetings
. Promoting / Cross selling of MSC Services
Candidate Requirement
. At least degree holder
. At least 1 year experience in Key client relationship management with experience (Preferred)
. Able to work independently with initiative and strong ownership of tasks
. Strong focus on Customer Experience
. Skillful in using MS office - Excel & PowerPoint
. A strong communicator
. Believer in teamwork
