MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.
Role Overview
The Corporate IT Manager will be responsible for managing MetaComp's corporate IT environment, including internal systems, cloud tools, end-user support, IT security controls, and vendor management. This role is critical in enabling business productivity, supporting regulatory and audit requirements (e.g. MAS, ISO 27001), and ensuring a secure and scalable IT foundation.
This role reports to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Own and manage corporate IT infrastructure, including networks, endpoints, identity access, and SaaS tools (e.g. Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, Lark, HRIS, collaboration tools).
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of internal systems.
- Establish and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories.
End-User Support & Service Management
- Lead and improve end-user IT support for employees across offices and remote locations.
- Act as escalation point for complex IT issues and incidents.
- Define SLAs and service standards to ensure timely and effective support.
- Drive continuous improvement in user experience and IT service delivery.
Information Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain IT security controls in line with MAS guidelines, ISO 27001, and internal policies.
- Manage identity and access management (IAM), endpoint security, and data protection controls.
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance assessments.
- Partner with Compliance and Risk teams on security risk assessments and remediation plans.
Systems & Tools Management
- Own internal business systems such as HRIS, access control systems, ticketing tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Manage system configurations, integrations, and user access rights.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new IT tools to support business growth and efficiency.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, MSPs, and software providers.
- Negotiate contracts, licensing, and renewals to optimise cost and service quality.
- Own the corporate IT budget, including forecasting and cost control.
IT Strategy & Projects
- Develop and execute the corporate IT roadmap aligned with business and regulatory needs.
- Lead IT projects such as system rollouts, office setup, security enhancements, and process automation.
- Provide IT input to business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in corporate IT / internal IT roles, preferably within fintech, financial services, or regulated environments.
- Proven experience managing end-user IT support, SaaS tools, and cloud-based environments.
- Experience supporting audits and compliance frameworks (e.g. MAS TRM, ISO 27001) is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of endpoint management, IAM, networking fundamentals, and cloud productivity tools.
- Hands-on experience with MDM, SSO, access control, and security tooling.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, ticketing systems, and asset management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Practical, hands-on problem solver with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, scaling organisation.
- Comfortable balancing operational work with strategic planning.
