Job Description
- Develop and oversee the corporate financial planning and analysis framework to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making processes.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide commercial insights and scenario modelling to guide key strategic decisions.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, capital allocation, and performance metrics.
- Support the CFO and leadership team in building IPO-ready financial processes and investor-facing narratives.
The Successful Applicant
- Extensive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with exposure to technology or highgrowth environments.
- Demonstrated ability in IPO preparation, capital markets, or investor relations.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Background in AI, SaaS, or deeptech industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling financial narratives for stakeholders.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are advantageous.
