- Position: Corporate Finance Manager
- Location: Bukit Batok
- Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days of Annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead debt, equity, and structured financing activities for business and strategic projects
- Build and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies
- Support M&A, joint ventures, disposals, and other corporate development initiatives
- Prepare financial models, valuations, due diligence, and investment appraisals
- Monitor capital structure, liquidity, cash flow, and funding efficiency
- Provide management with recommendations on fundraising, capital allocation, and investments
- Prepare financing proposals, investor presentations, and board papers
- Track market trends and regulatory changes to identify financing opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CA is an advantage
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, capital markets, investment banking, or treasury
- Proven experience in fundraising, debt/equity financing, or M&A transactions
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
