Financial Management: Manage finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, and financial reporting.
Capital Structure & Strategy: Advise on optimal capital structure, financing options, and fundraising initiatives to support corporate objectives.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and long-term objectives.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate governance, and relevant laws and regulations.
Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic business decisions.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Master's degree, CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
10+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant exposure to corporate finance, capital markets, or investment banking.
Proven experience in companies that have successfully scaled or undergone significant corporate milestones (fundraising, restructuring, or governance transformation).
Deep expertise in SFRS/IFRS, SGX regulations, MAS guidelines, and Singapore corporate governance framework.
Demonstrated success in financial planning, reporting, treasury management, and stakeholder relations in fast-growth or dynamic environments.
