Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships and other strategic business opportunities.
- Conduct company, industry and market research to support investment assessments and strategic decision-making.
- Build financial models, valuation analyses and feasibility studies for potential transactions and business opportunities.
- Support financial, commercial and operational due diligence, including coordination with internal stakeholders, external advisors and counterparties.
- Assist with transaction execution, including preparation of investment papers, presentations, financial analysis and other deal-related materials.
- Analyse the financial and operational performance of existing businesses and investments, and identify opportunities for growth, improvement and value creation.
- Support corporate finance activities including capital allocation, funding analysis and evaluation of debt and equity financing options.
- Work closely with senior management on M&A, business expansion, strategic partnerships and other group-level initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Investments, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Big 4 Deal Advisory / Transaction Services or Private Equity.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills, with good understanding of financial statements and transaction analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
