The Successful Applicant
- Strong interest in leading business development efforts
- Ability to assess risk and return objectively
- Willingness to work across a wide range of transactions
- Working experience in Big 4 accounting firms, major investment banks or major private equity firms
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., accounting, legal, CFA/financial analyst credentials)
- Exposure to cross-border deals, leveraging on the firm's network
- Start-up culture that encourages employees to freely pursue ventures of their interests
- Value creation for the corporate clients, through the management of talented team members
