Role Overview
The Corporate Finance professional will support the origination and execution of corporate finance transactions, working closely with senior team members on live mandates and business development activity. The role offers exposure to end‑to‑end deal execution and interaction with management teams, shareholders, and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of corporate finance transactions, including M&A, IPO, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates
- Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials such as pitchbooks, information memoranda, and management presentations
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, industry research, and company due diligence
- Assist with transaction structuring, documentation, and coordination with legal, accounting, and other external advisors
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and transaction discussions where appropriate
- Support business development efforts through market research, idea generation, and pitch preparation
- Manage multiple workstreams concurrently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, advisory, accounting, consulting, or a related field (level flexible depending on experience)
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and transaction processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform under tight deadlines
