JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CORPORATE EXECUTIVE, CALVARY COMMUNITY CARE
General
- Understand, imbibe & promote C3 mission, vision and values
- Responsible for communications & engagement with stakeholders
- Identify expectations of stakeholders and plan engagement strategy
- Responsible for managing relationships with C3 stakeholder including volunteers, clients, partners and donors
- Plan and carry out activities to engage stakeholders
Department's Responsibilities
Reporting to Corporate Manager,
- Support the HR and training framework for the organisation
- Monthly reconciliation of finance transactions
- Process grant & training applications
- Manage communications with C3 stakeholders including volunteers, clients, partners and donors through publications, letters and so on.
- Support the implementation of C3 Day, VALUE, C3 Fund Raising and other corporate events with the committees
- Assist in creation of digital fund raising campaigns to communicate C3's work with the end of raising the targeted fundraising amounts set each year for the organisation
Other Responsibilities
- Assist in the various Programmes of C3 as required
- Assist in fund raising, administration and other responsibilities as required
- Any other responsibilities as agreed and assigned
