Executive / Senior Executive - Corporate Engagement

Salary: Up to $4,562 basic + variable bonus (up to 2 months)
Location: Nearest MRT @ Maxwell
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Role Overview
As an Executive / Senior Executive in Corporate Engagement, you will play a key role in managing relationships with corporate partners and listed companies. You will plan and execute shareholder engagement initiatives, support investor education programs, and promote best practices in ESG and corporate governance. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, financial institutions, sponsors, and the investing community.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with listed companies and corporate partners to plan and execute shareholder engagement initiatives, including dialogue sessions, fireside chats, and investor days.
Promote complimentary associate membership benefits to corporate partners shareholders and employees.
Collaborate with financial institutions to develop initiatives benefiting the investing community.
Manage sponsorship deliverables and maintain strong partner relationships.
Advocate good ESG and corporate governance practices to listed companies.
Provide secretariat support for investor awards and selection processes.
Coordinate internal teams to execute investor education, corporate governance programs, and annual flagship events.
Participate in selected fundraising initiatives and manage donor follow-ups.
Maintain and update corporate databases.
Support other corporate engagement matters as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
1 year of experience in account servicing, fundraising, project management, or related areas preferred.
Strong interest or knowledge in financial services, ESG, and charity sectors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
