About the Role

We're seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to build a successful career in sales within the education and training sector. No previous telesales experience is required. If you're confident in communication, eager to learn, and motivated to grow, we'll equip you with the training and support to excel

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to businesses through outbound calls and introduce our career-focused tech courses
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable learning solutions
  • Follow up with warm leads via calls, CRM, and WhatsApp
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets while earning attractive incentives
  • Collaborate with a supportive team and experienced Telesales Manager
  • Gain hands-on training in sales techniques, scripts, and closing strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in telesales, inside sales, B2B, BDE, or cold calling is an advantage, but fresh and motivated candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence during calls
  • Goal-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve and earn
  • Dependable, proactive, and hardworking attitude
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and performance-based targets
