Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective corporate clients and professionals to introduce and promote the organization's training programs.
- Understand clients business objectives and learning needs, then recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Manage and cultivate warm leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, business owners, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while contributing to overall team performance.
- Work closely with management and benefit from ongoing coaching, support, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Experience in telesales, business development, inside sales, recruitment, education sales, or corporate training sales is advantageous.
- Candidates from education, training, enrichment, or service-related industries are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable engaging with clients via phone and messaging platforms.
